Being critical, Herbie impeding the chaser for ezra's second try was stupid and unnecessary. Even though the chaser was no chance, given the ref's performance, herbie gave them an opportunity to deny the try which I am surprised they didn't take.

Broncos can't give the officials any opportunities to get involved, because on most occasions they will.

That is because Herbie is a fkn idiot. Also a hog, in case you missed it.
Even that first try?! Mariner WIDE OPEN… lucky he scored.

He had to stay off with HIA directly after that tackle from Captain Coach Reynolds.

One criticism: Walsh threw the ball to the sideline like twice. There were a few rushed plays/passes, but overall much more intelligent play.

Can't wait to watch this again.

Can someone explain the staggs no try off the kick early on in 2nd half? Bunker just said "supporting on field decision". Clearly on side and the bunker says nothing?

Bunker being weak as **** as usual... ref was clearly wrong with the onfield call... given they never bother calling anyone offside.

The line markings on the field clearly show that Staggs was well behind Ezra when he kicked it... bunker didn't even bother trying to explain anything.

Didn't even give a "after viewing all angles"... just had the one angle up showing Staggs miles onside and goes with the "yeah we'll go with whatever old mate on the field said"

Yeah I saw that. But you expect that from the Terminator that he is. He feels no pain or emotion. The smile you think you saw, was just the way his exoskeleton was damaged. He’s a machine.

Great game. The Roosters came with their game face and ready to try and bash us out of it and we absorbed it and put some shots back on them. Carrigan was immense in the first 20 minutes with some of his front on hits.

I could see what Reece was trying to do going around their fast moving (and often offside defence) but his execution was poor. When Reece learns to put together a mistake free game we will really torch other sides.

Liked what I saw from Billy Walters and some of his runs from dummy half really hurt the rushing Roosters defence. I still think Kevvy leaves him on too long as he looked gassed at around the 30-35 minute mark. Get Smoothy on till the 60 minute mark then bring Billy back for the last 20.

Staggs had a great game and our defence was semi final like intensity and forced the Roosters to push passes and plays that weren't really on. Some of Kobe's tackles nearly cut some of the Roosters forwards in half and were a joy to watch.

Bring on the Cows.

Atkins should be stood down for f**king Smoothy out of a try. Not even joking. Disgraceful.

Really Shit positioning and game awareness, junior refs know not to get that close to play.

And then just the "play on". He irregularly impacted play so in the rules it is a scrum to the attacking (team with territorial advantage) team. He couldn't even fucking get that right. Dumb shit.

I'm still baffled by that second half - there were 2-3 absolute clanger calls that were just plain embarrassing for the NRL.

Then there was the Ruck, Atkins gave up controlling the chooks at all.

We should have put 50+ on those wankers. Talk about **** blocked by the ref.
