Thought he was a bit sideways on his yardage carries early, but started to straighten up and was making good meters in the end.

He's got great speed and evasiveness... the kick return where he got around the edge was feeling like one of those runs where he goes the length whilst making the opposition look like U12's

Can you guys imagine, when the 198cm tall, 114kg 21 year old (turns 21 on Wednesday) realises that all the men, the adults he plays against aren’t actually tougher?! When he realises that sure, they’re battle hardened, but not stronger. They are more cunning. They are just way more aggressive and are trying to scare him…
Can you imagine what that will do for that kid’s confidence?! When he realises that he can bend the line with every run if he wants to and make 10m plus.
I am of course talking about Xavier Willison. The young man who could be our very own NAS 2.0 (including brains and footy skill). Scary proposition, but boy oh boy I hope he reaches for the stars because anything is possible for that kid.

Even his desperation tackle on Tupou was exciting as he had no right to be there and the game was pretty well done.

He’s still a kid with underdeveloped muscles and physique. Puppy fat, lack of fitness at NRL level. Lack of experience etc etc. THAT’S WHAT MAKES IT SO EXCITING!!
Everything is there just have to grow and mature into it

Being critical, Herbie impeding the chaser for ezra's second try was stupid and unnecessary. Even though the chaser was no chance, given the ref's performance, herbie gave them an opportunity to deny the try which I am surprised they didn't take.

Broncos can't give the officials any opportunities to get involved, because on most occasions they will.

Was silly from Herbie to do that. Glad the Rotters ran out of challenges otherwise stupid **** Tedesco would’ve challenged. Hate the grub as he wants to challenge everything that goes against them. Fook them!

I've Said it a million times. The only difference between us and Penrith the last few years has been the confidence. One team was getting kissed on the dick with every call, the other bent over.
Now we have confidence being instilled from many places, we're not being Psychologically ruined by shit calls.

Penalties ended up being 7-8. Now bear in mind, we were 6–1 at one point because they were all over us trying to slow us down to hold on as they were getting destroyed. So what exactly happened that made us go from that to the total opposite direction?

One suggestion: KPI of evening things up.

That second half was not even close to being of a professional adjudication standard. It turned into an absolute farce. And how in earth did we end up without the ball after the referee getting in the way of a certain try? I’m not saying he did that deliberately of course, accidents do happen but how the Roosters got the ball out of that I’ll never know.

I still feel like we don’t get enough out of flegler when he starts. He had really good defence last night but only made 6 runs. Not sure how many minutes he got either but seems more suited to the bench.
