I don't know what game you saw, but albeit not flashy, he did a very good job of controlling the game for them, earning repeat sets and keeping us on the back foot most of the game.

He was pretty woeful with his attacking kicks when they were down our end.

So happy the sharks won. Dragons also lost benji so if we can play an arm wrestler brand of footy next week and get the little things right we should win.

Going to be a really tough few weeks and I anticipate a loss to bunnies or roosters... Luckily a lot of top 4 teams are playing eachother so we can keep our top 4 position regardless.. Really hoping Bennett can steer the boys back on track and bring our game back up to its clinical standard

No, probably not although Cronulla beat the white hot cows without Fifita(x2) and they did it last week too. Our excuse is not as good as we have been without McGuire for weeks and what has been exposed is the lack of depth. We should give Mason a match payment season next year ! If we were a little better in the front row this year ( Gavet ? ) we probably would have been closer in the Manly game and victorious in our recent outing.

I watched the Sunday Footy Shows & they went on & on about the Dogs winning & not once did they show or mention the forward pass in the last Dogs try. :laugh:

We would have got the dogs had we not made those silly errors. But you're right, once blair is back, we are a better unit.

Not sold on Maranta off the bench either.

Not high, just stupid. I mean he's dense even for a forward, he may actually think 12 is a smaller number than 5.
