I disagree, his long kicking in particular would be in the bottom half of halves in the competition. His short kicking game while ok is not brilliant by any stretch.

I agree. Whilst i think Arrow would work hard, off the bench we need the bigger bodied impact of Herman.
Maybe they are giving Arrow more experience because they really will try to replace Parker with him next year...and possibly try to keep him after rumours that Sharks are after him too.

He has actually improved immensely since 2014. He's still not a cronk or thurston but is somewhere near middle of the pack with his kicking now.

**** the bottom of the pack must be absolutely atrocious.

No kahu or Knik in the team :(

Glenn benched ...can't argue with that but a touch unlucky getting shifted to and from centre

Thaiday will need a blinder to justify that one.

fairly happy with the side other than Kanu missing and as for Nik... I think go forward is more important than dash n dart but more importantly need guys back when they are fit and not before.

I dont get Glenn being benched. Surely something going on there? Injury??

So disappointed Maranta is still in the team.

I predict Glenn will start in the second row with Thaiday coming off the bench.

Reckon Thaiday hasn't copped a rocket. He'll want to bring it

Smoke screens for days.

Glenn will start at left centre, Opacic to right wing, Maranta dropped, Su'A / Ofahengaue / Ese'ese onto the bench.

Strongest team we could field at the moment imo.

Frizell has been found guilty, will miss this game.

Good. **** him, **** Merge and **** NSW.

I hope you are right. I reckon we are ordinary with Glenn at left centre, not because he plays badly but a) he's not a centre but a quality back rower, b) he combines very well with Milford, a combination which for mine has been missing for quite a while, and c) the whole shape and structure of our middle is settled with Glenn and Gillett in the back row.

As for Thaiday, he really needs to be wound up wherever he plays. When he is, his defence is awesome and his running fierce. I still remember his aggressive face-offs with JWH last year, and some of his hits (and those of Gillett) in Origin. That is the sort of energy the forwards need to bring to this side - it rubs off on every player.

How we are $1.22 favourites against anyone is beyond me.
