In the highlights on nrl.com I saw Macca touch a ref in the back but it was more the ref in the way, what's the bet he's gone.

Around 1.35 or so in the highlights.

He'll be all good. The ref got in his way. Ben Cummins slowed down and that's why Macca touched him.

They don't charge players for incidents like that. That's the only area where they have been consistent.

There was one moment last night (I don't remember when) that we were right on the attack and Macca looked left (right side of the field and I'm pretty sure we had an overlap left) only to have the ref standing right in his line of sight about 1m behind-left, so Macca had to go right. What was the ref thinking? He was in a perfect first receiver position.

If it was Ben Cumnins he was probably thinking "I hate the fucking Broncos." Dead set, Wayne Bennett must've tapped his missus or something.

One extreme positive from last night was that the error count was very low from the Broncos

The one "error" which really bothers me is the Widdop try - Widdop more or less surrounded by 5 Broncos.

I can see one of them asking as Widdop scores: "1 lump or 2"?

Well, if he hasn't...

maybe be he should say that Gummins.

Inexcusable really, there were plenty of defenders in the area, yet none showed any urgency to contest the ball.

They're the 1% plays we really need to get right if we're to be taken seriously again this season.

Absolutely, and I don't recall seeing any of that shit in last years performances.

Also kinda reminded me of a runaway try Penrith I think, where a number of our players stood by and watched, as if asking about the chase: "Who me?"

NRL.com has an article up also saying Blair not charged, so it's officially official.

So no charges, no injuries and Kahu and Nico expected to return and it's at Suncorp in front of a win starved crowd... I can't wait

Gordon Tallis is gonna lose his shit and write another article about Blair.
