Kevvie says Herbie no chance for this game. Capewell rolled his ankle, also in doubt.

Complacency in the tigers game and then losing Patty, who is THE guy that leads our line speed... he's also our link man in the middle and one of the only guys that gets quick ptb

We've shown we can win without Haas, but we look like 2020 without Pat... I know where my money is going out of those two

Does anyone actually care about Haas staying anymore?

Something’s happened with this squad. They haven’t looked happy or like they care since Parra. I wonder what happened.

Anywho:

1. Martin
2. Oates
3. Staggs
4. Farnworth
5. Cobbo
6. Mam
7. Reynolds
8. Haas
9. Walters
10. Jensen
11. Capewell
12. Piakura
13. Robati

14. Paix
15. Hetherington
16. Flegler
17. Riki
I think Patty is by far our best forward and Farnworth is arguably our best back

Not really... Patty and Flegler at least play with intensity. They can be a starting middle that get you off to a strong start and take it to the opposition starting middle. If Kobe can get his minutes up then that's a good starting middle

Haas is looking more like a stat padder at the moment... when the opposition forwards are taking it to you he's happy to just tuck it under the wing and rumble it forward.

Bold prediction

Tonight likely cleared out most of the fair weather fans so the crowd will be around the 16k mark ... 18k if the Eels get a good turnout

I'll be one of them

We now have to win 1 of the 2 remaining games to secure a finals spot.
Now Kev needs to show us what he is made of. If he runs the same 17 out next week I hope we get done by 70.

I’m

I got he impression from the way he said it that we won’t see Herbie back this year

I get the weird sense Kevvie has given up on this year for some reason hence weird selections the last few weeks.

What's this talk in the presser about we'll find out next week if we can turn it around resilience wise?
What about tonight's game, why weren't we prepared?

We can technically loss both... 1 win just keeps destiny on our own hands

Or we just need Canberra to lose a game which they will

That might not be a bad thing, Capewell has been awful recently.
I suggested early in the season that he is so overrated.. I still think the same.

Canberra will be buzzing after tonight and will win Sunday. They then play manly and the tigers. Both of which they should win.
I wouldn’t be shocked if we fail to win another game this season.
I reckon Canberra will end the season 1/3

Canberra are good for a choke and are prone to dish up shockers occasionally. I wouldn't guarantee any of their games.

It's a shame staggs and Riki are auto picks.

Would like to see Herbie and Hosking slot straight in.
