Parra won't be able to back up that effort against penrith.

I doubt Walsh plays again this year, unless by some miracle it's a sprain not a fracture.

And we went back to the power game through the middle which was so fucking successful last year. They just couldn't hold us. That is the fucking blueprint - win the middle and earn the right to spread to the edges!!

Mozer looks to be our 9 now despite not having the jumper. Billy can start the game and take the initial heat and mozer can get us to where we need to be for 45 - 55 mins. He's tempo around the ruck is great to see!

Just massacre them nothing to lose but hopefully few errors

Mozer needs to keep his time up on the field, he is developing really well.
While his "go forward" has been a clear upgrade on recent and existing hookers, I'm starting to wonder about his effort. You can't tell this from watching TV - because he's always out of frame - but I'd like to know from someone at the game where he is when he's not passing the ball and tackling around the ruck. He seems to walk around waiting for the next play the ball.

Walsh seems to have broken a bone in his hand. This year is just one injury after another. about $3.5mil cap gone for the Eels game it seems.

According to this report, the Broncos didn't even bother sending Walsh for scans yesterday because they were confident there was no fracture.

Glad to see the incompetence is from the top down at the club still.

That is simply not true:

The Broncos can provide an update on injuries to Reece Walsh, Payne Haas, Ezra Mam and Tyson Smoothy.

Walsh underwent scans after injuring his hand in Saturday night's win over the Cowboys in Townsville.

Broncos Head Of Performance David Ballard said: “Reece has sustained a metacarpal fracture and we will consult a specialist to determine the next steps."

Ballard also gave an update on Mam (syndesmosis), Haas (Lisfranc) and Smoothy (ankle).

"Ezra underwent surgery last week and will move into his rehab program over the coming weeks, with a view to return ready to go for preseason training later this year," said Ballard.

"Payne and Tyson both didn't require surgery.

“Payne will undergo some further testing in coming days before we can assess when he will return, while Tyson has begun his rehab work in the gym."

Well, the one consistent thing from this year is the amount of BS spewed on broncoshq.

I'd be telling haas to have the rest of the season off. The people on fb saying we are still a chance for the 8 are living in absolute dreamland. We'd need 3 teams to absolutely choke to an extreme level, our 2022 level choke... 3 teams lol not happening. And I'm actually pissed the club is delaying acknowledging how shit they've been this year by hiding behind the "we're still a chance" crap.

Walsh should play when ready. He hasn't earnt a rest this year, he's had plenty. Despite peoples thouvht on his value Haas has at least earned a rest from his past 4 years.

I dont think playing any of our key players is worth the risk with the injuries they have.
