Souths were well below their best against the Tigers but still proved too classy in the end.

What did you guys make of the Burgess binning? I thought it was pretty soft, seems like the referees are overreacting after the Cronk non-bin.

That was hilarious!

Bouncing back well though. It's the SJ show!

Now Milford is getting in on the action.

Warriors are a scary prospect for other teams in the finals if they play like that.

I would have been fine with it if it was on our 10 - 20 after their huge break, but on halfway was just a stupid call. It frankly rattled us and to the credit of the Tigers they used it to their advantage and overlapped us each side. As soon as he came back on you could just see the complete difference. 32 unanswered points is also a good ending but to be honest a better team and that result is a lot harder to make up.

I just hope they are consistent in the lead up to the finals and in the finals with rulings. They make that call in the finals and you could frankly cost a team the premiership.

Good luck with that! :001_rolleyes:

I hope they just use a bit of common sense. Thaidays binning was a rubbish call because the Knights player was having an epileptic fit. Since when can you thrash around and kick out like that and expect a player to get off.

It's easy to target Thaiday like that because he's so lazy.

Can someone send a copy of the storm v manly game to Griffin. Manlys attack is awesome

Manly are very impressive: organized, quick, slick.

Manly really have the best spine in the game these days, even when you consider how good Smith is. You can even count Lyon as part of that spine, what a player.

Cam Smith just stunk the place up tonight, probably his worst game ever.
