Petero's farewell... surely we'll turn up.

Wouldn't surprise me to see a 40 point victory. Petero's final against his previous club plus a huge crowd at home. If they don't put an effort in, that'll do me.

I absolutely hope they get the win for Petero, but I don't think they have twenty points in them, let alone forty. It'll be a close one.

Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself. We'll win by a healthy scoreline.

If we win, lets say by 20, do we have a good chance of making the finals or do we have to wait for this weekends results to finish before we have a good idea?

IF results go against us this weekend is there a chance that next week will be our last regardless of the result? C'mon aspiring statisticians, this is your chance to shine.

I'd dead-set die inside. But at this stage, I don't think there's a side in the competition we could beat. Even the Dolphins would find a way to beat us.

Do we have any injuries? Everyone up to scratch?

If so, this is the team I'd like to see...

1. Josh Hoffman
2. Gerard Beale
3. Jack Reed
4. Justin Hodges
5. Dale Copley
6. Corey Norman
7. Ben Hunt
8. Ben Hannant
9. Andrew McCullough
10. Petero Civoniceiva
11. Ben Te'o
12. Sam Thaiday
13. Corey Parker

14. Peter Wallace
15. Josh McGuire
16. Matt Gillett
17. Alex Glenn

I don't give a damn if Wallace is marginally better (IMO, he isn't), he clearly needs to be benched/dropped and we need to give Norman + Hunt a fair dinkum honest go here.

Civo starts because he's a legend, Te'o + Beale also stay on to give it their all during their last game (at least I hope that's how they see it + play it).

Hoffman to fullback because he won't walk the ball dead when our season is on the line & I suspect he'll work better with our halves.

Let's do this Brisbane!

I'm going to agree, even though I don't think Wallace should be dropped as we don't have any better I'd be happy for him to be dropped just because he's been playing absolute crap and doesn't deserve to keep his jersey at this point.

I'm really hoping Hoffman is just having a shit year, I remember him being so much better and I really hope next year he can return to his best and be the good fullback that he showed he was in his first 2 years.

0-0 draw after golden point ;)

Teo disappointed tonight........I realise he wasn't on his patma. Thinking maybe Glenn deserves his starting spot back.....?

Other that......I've been naming that side for the last 2 months!

Glenn will likely receive the spot (hell, I doubt we'll see many changes other than Te'o onto the bench for Bulla) but I don't think he's 100%, I think Te'o was our best when we played at our best and he deserves to go out in the starting side. Glenn being a little injured doesn't help either.

I can't agree with that halves pairing. I was extremely disappointed with Norman and Hunt tonight. Wallace far less so. Unfortunately, he was one of the better ones out there... Very unfortunately.

I'd consider Maranta for Hoffman, but even then, thats kind of a nothing change. What id like is someone to ****ing tell the team how to play football...

Can we play Hodges in every backline position? He seems to be the only one who can spark anything. Perhaps a move to fullback (Inglis like) could spark what we need.

1. Hodges
2. Maranta
3. Reed
4. Hoffman
5. Beale
14. Norman

Last roll of the dice. Go to worst worked well last year. I don't care if he's leaving - get Beale to fullback.

1. Beale
2. Maranta
3. Reed
4. Hodges
5. Hoffman
6. Wallace
7. Hunt
8. Hannant
9. McCullough
10. Civoniceva
11. Thaiday
12. Glenn
13. Parker
------------------------
14. Te'o
15. McGuire
16. Gillett
17. Baptiste

End of the day we just don't have the halves to have a finals side. Let's just hope we win for Petero

Jesus, so many unforced changes. Keep the team as is, it's the best lineup we have. We lost last night because we simply aren't as good as Manly. We aren't this DYNOmite team you all think we are.

Beat Penrith by 40? Really? We will be lucky if we beat them at all ffs.
