If the Cowboys can just get their act together inside the Titans half and get their kicking game right they should be able to run away with this game. The Titans are putting up a gutsy effort but they are really lacking and McQueen is just a time bomb waiting to go off in this game.

I did have to laugh at one if the ABC grandstand guys thus arvo.

He said he though the premiers would either be the Storm ir Cowboys.

He said he didn't think we could do it since no team from outside the top 4 has won the title since the comp started (I assume he means NRL)

But then he says the Cowboys can win it despite no team going back to back in comp history either

Two things from the Cows v Tits game.

Hayne has added very little to that side because he has no running game and the Cows get away with a shitload of second efforts in tackles when they have not dominated. They are a close second to Melb when it comes to the wrestle on the ground after the tackle.

It shouldn't even be a thing but it is and we don't do it.

Well done to the Cowboys.

They were just far too good and the Titans were barely in it.

I expect them to at least make the prelim final. Depending on whether they qualify in Week 1 or Week 2 will determine whether they'll challenge on October 2nd.

So the Broncos will either play the Titans or Tigers.
