Round 26 Discussion

Thought Melbourne were lucky to get a repeat set there. Looked as though Slater still had it when it was knocked out.

What a disappointing year it's been from Tapine and Hodgson.

Hodgson didn't even bother to put his body on the line there and Tapine just added nothing to the situation.

First 8 point try since 2015 according to 9.

If it was up to me, you would have seen more.

Slater should have conceded a dozen 8 point tries by now. If they were serious about not trying to kick out to prevent tries...

Melbourne fine-tuning their wrestling bullshit.

Wow. One of the most obvious obstructions you will ever see. Refs: play on.

Melbourne don't necessarily do anything special. Most of the time it's just the opposition imploding and making silly errors. If you can turn up and complete your sets (and get the ref on your side) you're in with a shot against the storm.

The Raiders hve been their own worst enemies. They've actually done some good things and whenever they've looked to play through the Storm they've actually looked dangerous. However, their defence has been lazy and they've just given Melbourne too much of a start. In the end, they're probably lucky it's only 20 points to nil, the Storm blew some chances and have been the better side all evening.

Same as it ever was for Melbourne. They have a brilliant spine, some quality backs and they just play so well as a team.

We're fucked. Congrats cap cheats
