See this is the type of play he's been doing all season and nobody picks him up on it. While he's a better hooker than halfback, the argument that he should have played for NSW is baffling.
Out of the options they were considering, he was arguably playing better than all of them. None of the others were exactly setting the world on fire.

Wallace has struggled all season from dummy half. He was the default pick, but if they were basing it on form then McInnes and Koroisau had him covered. Even though Peats wasn't in great form, when he returned he was clearly a better option.
I just don't know how anyone can think Wallace is a quality hooker when he butchers so many opportunities and overplays his hand.
