I find Fleggs as captain a little odd. I would have liked to have seen Riki get it or even Oates.
As good as Fleggs is, he has decided to jump ship for next year and beyond and I’m not sure what benefit we get out of it having him as captain.
Either way let’s hope he has a blinder.

Yeah I was keen for this game then sold my tickets when the team lists came out. Not spending 150p.p to watch 2nd graders. I'll go to the magpies game this Saturday instead and watch 3rd graders.

I pretty much bought tickets to heckle Coates which won't work anymore. Hopefully next week.

I get resting players for finals. It completely makes sense for both teams but...

I feel bad for the fans hoping to see two top teams littered with stars. It's down to single tickets only so we're talking, what, 45k+ fans? They'll most likely see at least half of each team fielding reserves.

The Dogs won one more game than Canberra and Raiders scored 140 points more points over 22 games and let in 50 less and then flogged them in the Grand Final.

Pretty sure that one extra win and a minor premiership didn't console them too much on Grand Final night.
