Don't see how. He is the captain, and if he plays at his best (can anyone refresh my memory when he last did?) he should inspire the rest of the side, and they are going to need a lot of inspiration to win this one.

Thaiday is a very good player. Granted he hasn't been great for a while but I don't think we are using him right either. Would love to see him back to his best.

I thought Thaiday was pretty good last week some good hitups and 30+ tackles. Some of us seem to forget he had major shoulder surgery in the off season. With a few more games and condition I'm sure he will be be back to his best and he's still the best option for captain 2013. C'MON BRONCOS YOU CAAAANNNN DO ITTTT.

Until nostradamus runs third man in a fight, I can't be so sure.

The key to tonight is weathering the Roosters initial surge. They're very strong coming out of the gates with JWH, Moa etc. But they begin to run out of puff and their bad habits begin to come into play. They're still very loose defensively and will give away a number of penalties because they don't respect themselves enough to know that the referee is king.

They're going to put points on that tonight, we're going to have to expect them to score first but as long as the boys take it right to them, stick in and take control in the final 20 minutes of each half we should be too good this early on in the season.

Still going to take some effort and if we win, we deserve to celebrate.
