A noble haircut embiggens the smallest man.
I think it’s a perfectly cromulent haircut.

Dives in with the ball in left hand, grounds it with ball in right hand. Definitely lost itI’m not convinced that Drinky grounded it
Doesn't that picture you're referring to show that he is clearly onside? Back foot of Oates is clearly behind the ball when kicked or have the rules changed? He was only offside a little bit. That’s to make up for the one in the first half when we scored and the ref said it was forward
Over in Bizarro BHQ, they're all screeching how the ref always favours the Broncos.Doesn't that picture you're referring to show that he is clearly onside? Back foot of Oates is clearly behind the ball when kicked or have the rules changed?
They were both immense this round. Kobe stepped up after a disappointing showing last week and the way those two fold blokes in the middle is amazing.
Personally I don't want Dearden back, but he was outstanding in a losing side and his try saver on Cobbo is a highlight reel replay for the next decade.Good win. Shows that even without Walsh and Haas, if we can play solid footy we can still be competitive. It’s a long season, we should still have very high hopes.
In terms of players…
Willison could be anything… enormous potential and can’t wait to see him get some more game time.
If Oates can prove he can sufficiently cover second row, while also providing outside back cover then he’s a very valuable bench piece and should remain in the 17. I’d like to give him that chance over continuing to give minutes to Tapau.
Also, as much as it may be an unpopular opinion… we should be doing anything we can to bring Dearden back to take over from when Reynolds retires.
I don’t know what Wolfie said exactly that he is apparently wrong about but I’ve been critical of Sailor and I still feel the same way. He had a good game, and put away the selfish flashy plays and did his job well. I gave him credit for that but one game doesn’t change it all. I still wouldn’t want him as a full time NRL fullback if I were the coach of any club.Naww all good wolfie. I had the same egg on my face during the GF lol. Fed it to a panthers supporter at the pub and had to eat my fair share of dirt. Take it like a man champ and just admit you were wrong this week. Nobody likes a bad sport! I make shit calls all the time and the first to admit when I'm wrong! All in good fun.
I think Staggs has been the form centre in the comp just quietly. He’s been unreal in defence and had his moments in attack. He looks to be taking more of the grunt work on out of trouble too.
Surely he gets into the nsw side if he keeps this form up.
Dearden or mam I don't think we ever would have looked back if we kept dearden. Mam is ours now and I'm happy about it. He's different to dearden but he brings his own style which compliments our team.

The thing with Klein's reasoning is that it's not really backed by evidence. Townsend had barely run passed Feldt when Ezra is interfered with.
This is when Feldt interferes with Ezra. Townsend is just about in line with Feldt.

In fact, if you look at Feldt, he actually steps into the path of Ezra. Now you could make an argument that he's getting out of the way of Townsend, but he still steps into the path of Ezra in doing so. Feldt can't disappear, but you also can't interfere with a defender whether intentional or not.
It's that final step that makes me think Feldt was doing it with the intention of slowing down Ezra.
If Ezra has a clear direct line to Townsend, I think he's pretty good odds of shutting down that attacking play. I don't see how it's not an obstruction.
Someone on reddit did the line workI maintain that Oates was always onside; it’s because he’s a giant of a man it appears that offside
I might have got my dates wrong on Kobe. I just recall him having a markedly poor run recently in stark contrast to this last run, which was really impressive.Wolfie does famously love sharing the road.
I thought Kobe was actually one of our better players last week. Much improved over the first two rounds.
Haven't seen much that suggests he's a halfback, I like him as a running 6 but we've already got one of those. I don't mean this as an insult but he reminds me of Brooks in a way.we should be doing anything we can to bring Dearden back to take over from when Reynolds retires.
I think Reynolds said this week mam will eventually transition to half back. If that happened we’d be looking for a running 6.Haven't seen much that suggests he's a halfback, I like him as a running 6 but we've already got one of those.
