God that makes me so angry.

Melbourne are such a bunch of disgusting whinging little cheating dogs.

But, we blew this. Butchering 2 tries in 5 minutes and then the ridiculous decision to go for 2 sealed our fate.

Ezra was our best, Cobbo was our worst.

Despite the loss, still a huge and gutsy performance especially losing Reynolds at half time. Great effort, just such a frustrating result.

Regardless of the loss, I think we can say our Melbourne hoodoo is dead now.

I must admit It's beginning to get rather annoying to be kicked in the nuts with the late loses these days......... but honestly there is a lot of positives from that game.

I think the most pleasing for me is the style of football the team is playing, we are a great team to watch.

That was an excellent game of footy. Some dumb inexperience, and silly mistakes, but in a game where we lost Reynolds, already missing Haas and Walsh, I think we're looking alright if we can play like we did tonight.

Wow what a frustrating end to what was an otherwise entertaining game. The young broncos feel so immature, but I think they will take a lot away from that game. 10 mins into the second half I expected the storm to run away with it, but we stuck in there and continued to threaten.

If it wasn't for that weird video ref overturn (it was probably a try but the 'evidence' shot could have just as easily been a broncos jersey... Sometimes I swear the video ref is listening to the commentary, in this case Brandy bleeting on) I expect we would have won.

But that's footy, that's life. Learn from it and move on. We look like we haven't slowed down from last year which is great, albeit our current run of bad luck

Fletcher baker for willison. He needs to be out of the squad entirely. He's behind Marty for me, just a deadset feather. Everyone else were great, ice two tries and we win it. The last 10 minutes was poor decision after poor decision. Taking the two instead of camping down their end and then backing that up by running on the 5th tackle instead of putting it in their corner. I mean wtf talk about brain explosions.

Beaten because of a thousand injuries, terrible NRL reffing (as per usual) and then ultimately because a utility halfback off the bench managed to score off a crash line through two forwards.

Riki and Baker should be ashamed that Wishart was allowed to catch that with intact ribs let alone him running over the top of both of you to score

Baker isn't the only one who should be embarrassed by the metres made, both dummy halves should be ashamed, dismal numbers.

Can someone explain to me why we went for the two at 2 points ahead?
Because the attack was absolutely rudderless and they figured some points were better than no points. Not the right option, but the only difference would have been they lost by 4 points instead of 2.

They were outplayed the entire night. Just a bit of luck made it competitive.

Te Kura deserves to keep his spot, and Willison should come back in to the side for Baker. Baker offers nothing with his runs, and his defence is soft. Hunt is in the same boat as Baker, but until Piakura returns, I guess we are stuck with him.

There was a play right before that weird video ref try, where Ezra passed it to Selwyn on halfway, and then he did some shitty little 8m kick to nobody. That was the losing play unfortunately. As spike pointed out, game management.

Ezra has a lot to learn if he wants to be a 7 (love you Ezra)

Speechless. Bombing 2 tries right in front does it for me. I’m too exhausted and pissed off from this match to write anything else lol

The boys stood up and played a full 80. Bloody unlucky to bomb those tries.
Klein's first half was abysmal - he basically gifted Melb 3 gilt-edged chances on very dubious calls and they took them.
We win that with Reyno, and by 20+ at full strength.

Can't fault the effort, but we're our own worst enemy.
Completed at 86%... we fucked up a few opportunities, but losing Reynolds meant losing all direction out there... Klown was all over the shop with his rulings (because he's fucking useless).

We should've been closer to losing by 50 than almost snatching a win
