I think Tanah will end up being streets ahead of Dearden. Boyd is the second coming of DCE from what I have seen. Why would he hang around here though to be stuck behind a potato masquerading as a halfback.

From what I have seen I also rate Paix ahead of Boyd as well. The club also clearly rates Dearden ahead of both though.

No, I suspect that Dearden will be blooded this season. I think they are trying to get him some games playing against men and see how he stands up physically and mentally to that. If that goes okay, I think they will blood him (perhaps around SOO time).

It will be incremental, depending on how they all develop and at the moment neither Paix or Boyd are hookers.

Yet again, Seibold trying to shoehorn backrowers into the side. FFS have the balls to drop one or two of them. We dont need Gillett, Glenn, Sua and Fifita in the 17. Drop Sua back to ISC and let him get fit so we can get him back to his best.. I think its a gutless selection tbh and mediocrity is being rewarded. I'm hoping this is the last chance for some of these guys to stand up and be counted.

Agreed I thought for sure that Sua would be dropped for Haas.

He needs a spell in ISC playing 80 on the edge. At the moment he's got him playing stints at prop which is craziness.

Drop Shiba, Sua can play centre or move Glenn to a centre if someone is injured. Get a big bench then.

Yep, you are spot on. Drop to 1-4 and you can kiss a playoff spot goodbye especially as their schedule is pretty tough this year.

Dearden is ahead all of the other young halves in the pecking order, maybe behind only SOS.

Hoping Boyd or Paix could develop into a good hooker we also need.

Broncs are good at turning halfbacks into hookers. Not so good at getting hookers. Or halfbacks for that matter. ****

The Tigers struggled to put the lesser Panthers away. I'm feeling optimistic, the lads getting rockets from mainstream and social media should get them up to thrash the visitors.

Seems alot of you dislike the squad that's been chosen for this game. Me? I'm not sure but I do know one thing - Haas absolutely must play. What's with him being in the reserves list?

If we lose this game then it's pretty guaranteed that heads will roll and changes will be made.

I'm not confident for a win in this one but in saying that, how we are, we should win this one and lose next week and the cycle repeats.
