I believe Milford needs to get moved out of the halves. After persisting with him for four years, surely by now its obvious that he is not capable of being an elite five-eighth or halfback. The responsibility of organizing seems to be a burden for him and is something that is unnatural for him. He always seems rushed and he makes poor decisions under pressure.

With the money he is on, we should move him to fullback where he can be instinctive and can simply focus on running. The added time he will get from fullback will also help him read the game better. This was something that was immediately evident when Ponga moved back to fullback. I think it will free up Milford in a similar way and will offer us more of a threat than Boyd is currently at fullback.

I would bring in Dearden at halfback and let him run the team and move Nikorima to five-eighth who seems dangerous as a runner. I would also go out and persuade Segeyaro to join the Broncos immediately. Start him off from the bench at first and hopefully eventually get rid of McCullough. Segeyaro was once the hooker of the year, so I think he is certainly capable of recapturing some of that form. He would definitely offer better service out of dummy half and a bit of speed which would suit Seibold's style.

Blayke Brailey, Manase Fainu, Wayde Egan, Reece Robson

All 4 of those guys can't crack the starting 13 for their current club, are off-contract for next season and would be immediate and noticeable upgrades in attack for McCullough and would demand less coin than him, just as a cherry on top.

There's no way this is an issue of talent, we've seen what they can do against the Cowboys, that's the only time this year Seibold ha got them pumped for a game.

He's clearly a rookie coach who has a lot of learning, it's no surprise Bennett has walked into the Rabbitohs and they've been a really good team from round 1.

I don't recall a single season under Bennett where I thought we had no chance at the business end and while it's too early to call I've got serious, serious concerns about us even making the 8 this year.

If we miss the 8 that is absolutely and utterly on Seibold. There is no excuses, we are a top 4 roster.

We have an inexperienced pack because the forward with experience, a forward who know's what 4 mins to go needs, is being used for practice.

I disagree, our service out of dummy half is not allowing us to be dangerous as well our decison making and choice in attack being poor. We kept going left all second half to no avail, I was screaming go right go right. When they finally went right we scored. We need an experienced half who can demand the ball and put the ball in the right places

I actually think the best thing Seibold could do right now is come out and say he is going to develop the young guys and have the backing of the club to do so. It's going to buy him some time and patience. I still think this team is a top 4 side, can't quite work out why we can't do the basics, why we can't defend and complete our sets.

It's time for basic defence drills. WestsTigpies were actually quite good tonight and were very capably led. Our leaders were very poor by comparison and we were in it up to the death. Milford, Knik,Boyd and McCullough should be told to sit down, watch the last 10 minutes and asked to explain why they shouldn't be dropped for failure to lead. It's on them and not the other guys. We missed Gillette a lot.
