POST GAME [Round 6, 2024] Broncos vs Dolphins

I did say Willison was good from the bench. We just need to manage him properly now. He's had plenty of injury issues so we need to be careful with him.
Yep, no point starting him. When Haas returns I don't know where Baker fits in. Surely he can't push Willison out of the team... Surely

Heard herbie farnworth was in the broncos sheds after fulltime...

Hahahahaha...

Can see the dolphins going the way of the titans a couple years from now. Run your own race instead of taking our scraps, completely underestimating broncos fans in numbers and loyalty. Constantly trying to "challenge us" and "take us head on" with suncorp being your stadium and being brisnane and all that bs. Be proud of your heritage Redcliffe, moreton Bay and central qld is a bigger population then most clubs have but had to try to be too greedy and now it's The.

Did find that abit weird.
It's not like he's moved to another state and had to catch up with his old mates, he lives down the road from them.
Trained with them in preseason too..
Taking the money doesn't get you a winning dressing room with your mates.

Watching the replay, we should have finished them off in the first half. We blew several chances.

Arthars no try, that was a try just a few weeks ago in the Sharks vs Raiders game. The ball never separated from his wrist.

The Dolphins form coming into this game was misleading. They were on top of the table and it made them look stronger than what they were but they were there on the back of easy wins.

Dolphins simply weren't on our level and that showed. Apart from them scoring directly from a mistake we handled them with ease and started to expose the cracks in their side but we couldn't finish off the opportunities we had. All we had to do in the second half was hold onto the ball and keep the tempo up and they would fold. We ended up blowing them off the park until we took the foot off the pedal in that final 10 minutes. I hope Kevvie gets stuck into the side about that.

Even if Hammer played the whole game, we still would have won that game.

It was a scrappy game from us, but it was just important to get the win and hopefully we will build on that.

I think it was Brandy applauding the decision because the bunker didn't go frame by frame looking for separation.

What is and what is not a try now changes from week to week. Invariably, the Broncos end up on the 'that's not a try' week.

I don’t think it should be a try but there was one exactly the same given a try in the Raiders / Titans game last night

Neither do I ... but since that has been ruled a try for over a year now it should have been awarded.

Annesley will of course either ignore it or say the bunker got it right

Like all things in this stupid sport, they just rule on player reaction.

I really don't like the Superman dive either, but, he is 'young and dumb', excited, happy and in celebration mode.

He'll grow out of it.

Its 100% orchestrated, he does it right in front of the team photographer, you can see it on the wide angles he bee lines to him. If we want him under the posts, put the photographer down there to.

It was no try .
He dropped the ball ...
I applauded the decision......

So sick of tries being awarded because the player's elbow or forearm is touching the ball on the ground.

Hand on the ball at the time of contact with the ground.......was the rule.

I personally dont like it but that is who he is, and the energy he carries into the game is infectious. He'll grow out of it (hes only 20). Id rather that rhan someone who goes into their shell when the chips are down.
Absent Reynolds, Reece is the brain behind the team.
