Happy to go into half time with the lead. Must be really wet out there cause these knock ons from our best players have been ordinary. Very happy with our defense. Hunt is turning into something special.

Typically, Hoffman has been a passenger. If we dumped the number 6 jersey altogether, you wouldn't see a difference in our attacking play. PLEASE take a risk on a junior while the season is still young.

Lol so my team is up 6 0 against the comp leaders and I find it silly people are criticising the team on the biggest fan forum. That's funny. I admit Hoffman is not ideal, but seriously just give the team some credit.

Defence and attack are completely different things. Desperation in defence is great, and we are all happy with it... but our attack looks below average so far.

OK..this is the game where it's a line in the sand for the Hoffman at 5/8 experiment (imo)

The fact that our 5/8 isn't a ballplayer is clearly disrupting the whole mechanics of our backline/team

Barba is a lost soul in his newly created role .... totally nullifying his attacking spark and destroying a lot of his confidence.

If we're to win this game, it'll be on the back of someones individual brilliance .. not a great team performance.

I'd also like to add that i'm a diehard fan since '88 and will always be a fan no matter what.

Fair dinkum that was amateur hour. Defense has not been good. Titans letting us off the hook. Sloppy performance from both teams. We need Granville to give us some attacking options.

We seemed to have a lot of trouble actually getting into their 20.What few chances we've had were botched by poor handling. Feels a lot like last week.

Defensively, at least we held them to nothing. Really need to go back to basics in the second half. Need to win the battle for territory or we'll continue to fumble or chances in our excitement at finally being up their end.

Nice to see Hunt get us ahead. He's still got a ways to go, but that's multiple times this season he's stepped up and swung momentum in our favour.

Does anyone else think Copley looks quite tentative out there?

What I've got from the game so far. The ref's are killing us letting the titans lay all over us and refuse to blow a penalty!

We've had no field position. One set were we got to the 5th tackle in their 20. We need to play field position,
hold the ball and we win.

Easy guys, comment on the game and not on your fellow posters.

Frustrating game this but to be up by six given the way the game has played out is a bonus. If the boys can eliminate the basic errors out of their game and play with some more structure, they should run away with it in the second half.

Has anyone noticed Gillett's game so far? He's fucking beasting it in defense, every tackle he makes is a hard hit, and I haven't seen any missed tackles either.

This reffing is ridiculous again, some absolute rubbish calls. Was that Thaiday "lifting tackle" where White landed on his butt first even put on report? You'd think if it was an illegal lifting tackle it would be. Also has the NRL replaced rugby league refs with Yawnion refs? They have forgotten what a forward pass is.

Barba should move into five-eight if he isn't catching well and Hoffman to the back. Also, get Oates on already!

Fucken stressful watching this game. Our defence so far has been awesome. Can't tell if it'll be a grind all game or the floodgates open in the 2nd half. Hodges will want to make amends for his shockers, just hope he doesn't try too hard. This is the exact reason I hate it when people say "no more one out stuff". Or "just give it to Hodges". If there's no room, he has to try too hard. Sometimes he'll put his winger away. Sometimes he'll duff it. Better to wait for an opportunity, like Hunt did, then force a play that's not on.
