Titans 13+ and fifita to score 2+ tries

Probably paying 1.10 but easiest money you'll ever make...

Seeing the Titans play earlier against the Bunnies....i'm already envisioning the same being dished out to us.
Corey Thompson to run around half our team while David Fifita runs through the other half.
10-38

There really needs to be a mercy / forfeit rule. Oh my, how fucked must things be when we’re worried the Titans are going to hammer us, again.

I remember the Knights a few years back when they couldn’t win an argument. I also remember hoping their luck would turn because even when they were losing, more often than not they still busted their ass trying.

So long as we are brittle in the mind and unwilling to dig in (sans last week), we don’t deserve luck. Hard work is the only thing we can rely on to get us out of this quagmire.

I only fear these blokes are not willing to commit to it for anything more than one week here and there.

If we drop as much ball as against the Eels the Titans will put a large score on us as well. At this stage at training all they need to concentrate on is ball control which is a sad indictment at just how bad this team is playing at the moment. Lodge needs to stop ball playing and just put his head down and charge the line and Isaako and Coates need to get through one game with zero mistakes.

Been saying for what feels like the last 2 years we need to get back to the basics. We did it last week and look what happened.

Forwards: run hard and straight, none of this ball playing/stepping/jinking shit. Actually that goes for most of the team. Just run hard ffs, stop the bullshit jinks that just rob you of any momentum.

Line speed in defence. Put your body on the line, and wrap up offloads (though it seems we're working on this).

RESPECT THE FUCKING BALL. Hang onto it at all costs, complete our sets and actually think about the last tackle option ffs.

There's a whole lot more that's wrong with the side at the moment but if we can get this stuff right, I honestly believe the rest will follow. Most in the team are trying to be too cute when they've not earned the right. Put in the hard yards and the rewards will come.

I'm struggling to think why Kevvie let go of Parker. He made a lot of sense in what he said in the post game on Fox. Maybe he knows what to do, but doesn't have the coaching ability. I just don't know.

I think with Oates playing okay at the moment Herbie should shifted back to left centre, Mead to fullback. Isaako can have a shot at right centre.

1. Mead
2. Oates
3. Herbie
4. Isaako
5. Coates
6. Dearden
7. Croft
8. Lodge
9. Turpin
10. Haas
11. Glenn
12. TPJ
13. Carrigan

14. Levi
15. Kennedy
17. Riki
17. Bullimor

I really like that idea. Mead played fullback for the Titans and wasn't the worst. Farnsworth can cover either did. I worry about isaako's defence at centre but no one else is really crying out for it, and he has the body for it. Play him left where we tend to get hurt less (that might change but what else is there? Kennar?
We have to get that ball wide though. Hunt might achieve that. We really are clutching at straws. All I know is I feel for Kevie. At least I'm confident there will be good times ahead.

Is Tyson gamble a possible option

Kevvie can blow up all he wants, but he needs to make changes.

Get Herbie back on to the left edge in preparation of Staggs return, and hopefully he can fix up his awful decision making. At least he can trust Oates will make the tackle when he sprints out of the line. Mead should never, ever, be picked at centre, he fucking sucks at it.

Dearden and Coates both need some time in ISC.

1. Milford
2. Mead
3. Farnworth
4. Isucko
5. Oates
6. Gamble (Hunt if signed)
7. Croft
8. Haas
9. Turpin
10. Lodge
11. TPJ
12. Asiata
13. Carrigan

14. Levi
15. Kennedy/Flegler
16. Riki
17. Bullemor

I'd like us to try Asiata on an edge, he defended well enough out wide for the Cowboys, and he is a better ballplayer than Dearden so Farn/Oates will actually get the ball. Gamble in purely to be a bigger body hopefully strengthen the defence inside our 20.

This is the first game I’m going to since the bulldogs win last year.
