I feel Joe's playing style and body shape is suited to lock and I can see a team coming in to grab him this year with the amount of money broncs are throwing around

Tackle breaks create offload options. Given Milford and Niko trailing, sounds like great scoring opportunities.

I would guess the "impact" statement comes from the fact that Fai had 17 more post-contact metres with 3 less runs, in 15 less minutes.

I would take someone that can break tackles over someone that can make a few more metres.
