PRE-GAME Round 8 - Rabbitohs vs Broncos

Maybe the cork is a ruse and theres legit smoke to the warriors rumour.
Ha ha ha, he barely made it to the last game and the cork was reported straight after it happened in the game BEFORE that! You guys, fair dinkum. He's had it for a while and after the Cronulla game had a huge ice pack on it again. He was only a 50/50 chance of playing before the news so if Dearden is a possible future, why wouldn't you play him. He was shadowing last week as cover for Kniks cork.

Dearden x Isaako = :porthoz:

Maybe Jamayne is excited at finally getting some decent kicks for himself out on that right wing.

How do you think he will go mate, big game in the scheme of things.

Four ISC games, defence has been good, attack not enough initiative shown, hasn't done enough kicking. Keep the defence up and not be so passive in attack. I've just found he sits too much on the left and stays there.

That's my report card. The higher you go the easier it is because the rest of the guys do their job so I am hoping his lack of attack was due to Wynnum.

Normally with a young half you'd be saying gee he defends like me but attacks like Wally- so he's interesting.

Maybe something he's been told to work on. But you're right young halves are usually all about the offense. Guess we'll find out soon

Dearden's only going to work if he can organise the team. If he cant do that, he will be thrown in the trash can quick smart from the fans.

Team tips: Kodi Nikorima has been rested due to a calf injury, while he contemplates an offer to join the Warriors. Anthony Seibold will blood Tom Dearden for his first grade debut against the Rabbitohs. Tevita Pangai Jr was ill on Tuesday and didn’t train with the main group. James Roberts is reported to be playing his last game for the club at centre before moving to the Rabbitohs. Matt Lodge is set to start after being a late inclusion against the Sharks, with Joe Ofahengaue or Payne Haas to shift to the bench. Patty Carrigan is expected to again be the unlucky man out after dropping off the bench to accommodate Lodge’s return.
