This game was easily Offa's best game of his short career in my opinion. I think his girl would have to be proud of his effort and performance. The best thing I saw was he never, ever stopped looking for the ball. It may not have been as spectacular as TPJ's game but it was just as important, and without him we struggle. He made some good metres up the middle and made some great defence. For a young prop, you couldn't ask for much more.
I wish him and his partner all the best. Cancer is a tough road to follow, but it can open your eyes to what is important.

Agreed.

It was him who recognised that Roberts might create some space and it was him that pushed up into the space created.

Keep an eye on him, he might have more footy smarts than we all expected.

Ps still get a half chubby over the pack that we might have in a couple of years...Lodge, TPJ, Haas, Su’A (he’s changed my opinion of him - that break against the Warriors, wow that was shades of Menzies) Fafita....try standing over that pack....

Your lack of evidence is apparently enough for you to demand answers from people who like you, aren't behind the scenes. Go an ask WB why he went with Boyd instead of asking Morkel.
Because @Morkel is our resident specialist in these matters of faith... :superhappythumbsup:

Love to. Kindly forward his phone number or email and I will do so as I’m a few hours flight from red hill at moment. But after watching Bennet for all these years obvious the old coot wouldn’t even give a real answer even if someone could ask him thus why speculation ongoing.

Not a lack of evidence to see Boyd busted and effects on performance and how made zero sense to keep playing him injured. Even if a confidence thing hard to get confidence back playing like ass cause you can’t keep pace and losing games.

Pay fined $25k for his press conference

That's fucking ridiculous, he hardly did anything wrong. He was just having a sook

Really? He questioned the ref and suggested there was a conspiracy to stop the Bulldogs from winning.

Yeah he has a right to question the calls. All he said was, it was as if we weren't supposed to win, you can take that several different ways. You really think that's worth 25k?

even before they brought in the rule that you can't talk about refs ... you were never allowed to question their integrity, which is exactly what pay did ...

in fact, he is lucky it is only 25k, there have been times when coaches where fined more for saying less

Yeah fair enough on your points, but just from a realistic point of view going off what he actually said, I personally think that's ridiculous.

i don't i personally think they should increase the fines ... I get sick of seeing losing coaches come into the post match press conferences and blame everybody from the refs to the water boy for their loss ... everybody except their players of course

To be fair though, every coach (winning or losing) could blame the refs, they are rubbish.

And I suppose the way to attract better referees is to allow coaches and players to intimidate them, I'm sure they will be rushing up to sign up if they know players and coaches face no consequences badgering accusing them and abusing them game in and game out.

And in typical P K*nt style , talking about the Isaako knock on firstly said it was a knock on because he gave himself up, then later said it was technically a knock back according to the rules but it was a modern day knock on??????

"The Broncos got away with with one", WTF, do these guys listen to themselves, we got away with a correct call of a knock back.

That will do me, the biggest dribbler in the game bar none and he can't even blame piss like the other bloke
