"I don't know if anyone will be back after the rep week. But in there somewhere, you're talking Segeyaro, Soward, Wallace, Taylor, to name a few. Kite maybe even. Don't know which weeks, but we've got a few troops coming back. So that'll be good," he said.

Cleary quoted on the NRL site. Not that you'd believe anything an NRL coach says about his players these days.

Soward had a mid game interview on TV, he said he doesn't know when he's returning but he revealed basically nothing, hard to say if he's playing games or if he's still a while away.

What was the penalty SF?

The penalty Panthers got in the final 30 seconds of normal time. Archer ruled a player was tackled without the ball, but I didn't see anything wrong there.

Panthers more than likely would have got the ball back from an accidental offside, but that would have given the Broncos a chance to waste time, get a breather and set their defense.

I was in the middle of uploading the 2007 game until Big Pete mentioned the 2008 game.

God I miss Lockyer so much.

I also miss that right side combination of Lockyer, Hunt and Hodges..

And Boyd scored a hat trick in this game and delivered the final pass for Parker's try.. He played on the wing that game..

I hope Boyd gets one game in ISC before he plays for Brisbane. Just to get 80 minutes of game time in his legs. No matter how fit he is, I want him to get some match experience.

Maybe if Boyd does come back, he will play from the bench. It's what Bennett did with Lockyer when he was coming back from a serious injury.
