The most encouraging thing I can see in us tonight is our defensive attitude. We are hitting hard trying to hurt Manly pushing then back with energy.

Our attack is pretty rubbish. No shape. No communication. Given away too many penalties, we lack discipline but we're still in it.

Let's hope we get more ball in the 2nd half and see what happens.

Disagree Staggs has been excellent from his first game. Some guys are just not NRL standard and never will be. Shiba has been crap every time I've seen him including trials.

I guess Staggs is showing what a few consecutive NRL games can do for your confidence....cant have all these new guys kill it straight away..

Frustrating first half, discipline making life harder for us and Manly have turned up to play.

We need to lift our intensity if we're any chance. We started doing it at the end of the first half, but we need to lift it another level.

Credit where credit is due. Boyd has been putting in this game. I don’t like how he is shooting out of the line but that try manly scored wasn’t his fault. Milford was laying on the ground and Boyd went left.
