Even with the rule the way it is (the no separation regardless of control bullshit) it wasn't a try.
And seriously, the Dragons need to drop Luke Priddis and have Young and Fien share the hooking role. Priddis simply ain't upto it anymore.
Priddis has been outstanding this year and only dropped off in form when Saints went through a 1 month slump.
The only reason why Priddis is even playing this week is because Hornby has been ruled out.

Assistant Referees Coach Bill Harrigan has been dropped as a video referee following an incorrect ruling in awarding St George Illawarra a ‘try’ in last night’s match between the Dragons and the Sea Eagles at WIN Jubilee Oval.
