I definitely think Adam and some semblance of an attacking structure would help Milfs game but for me he’s still far too lazy on the field at all the simple things that he doesn’t need to rely on team mates for.

No thanks.

Probably because when he’s had a halfback that does their job on the field and takes that pressure off him, his performances improve.

Imagine what could happen if he had a competent halves partner that's actually there each week and does their job on the field..
I’ll take ‘people could finally stop making excuses for him when he continues to underperform’ for $500 thanks.

Having Reynolds isn’t going to change Milf passing to the ground or turning his back to the play or loss of speed or dropping of the ball or going missing in the key moments. Milf is broken, let someone else fix him.

Imagine if Milford did his job each week. ***** on 20k a week and can't be fucked taking a pass but instead turns his back and hides from work.

He's a shit player with a shit attitude and should be removed from the playing group.

A guy who admittedly half arses training should be escorted by security and have his cards marked to never be in club facilities again.

I think you make a great point. There should be no acceptence of anyone putting in a half-arse performence at training. Train hard - win easy. Train easy - lose by 50.

That's exactly it - the issue with Milford has never been his ability, it's his half-hearted attitude. He doesn't give a shit.

The amount of times I've given him the benefit of the doubt, only for him to stink it up yet again - he shouldn't play another game for us. The bloke is a lost cause.

The problem I see with Milf is he has lost all his speed, acceleration and agility, which were his main attributes. Even playing outside of Reynolds, I just don't think he'll do much now unfortunately.
So basically he became Shane Perry without Lockyer.

His speed was everything. When Oates made that intercept try this year against the titans, Milford couldn’t even keep up with Corey. Either it was injury, lack of fitness or laziness but the guy is cooked.

He's currently rehabbing a knee surgery that he was playing through so I'm going to go with injury.

Not saying he's not currently cooked, but that would explain the lack of speed.

I'm sure if Milf trained hard and re-gained his speed the rest of his elusive characteristics would magically re-appear. The question is - are the Broncos systems capable of making that happen?

At present Milf is mentally shot. Getting support around him to help him re-gain his speed seems a small investment to make that could have a serious upside for us.

But if Milf does not want to buckle down and do the strenuous hard work then he's surplus to requirements.

Didn’t Milford say he wants $600 k. I would much rather keep both kelly and gamble for that. Milf would be much happier playing touch footy up at whites hill every week. Don’t put him through any more mental anguish.

It’s not gonna happen. He has knee and hamstring issues, he can’t shake the excess weight and he’s shown no willingness to train himself out of a rut.

He need a club with a good system that will allow him to be pudgy and slow and pick his moments to insert some his brilliance. And defensive partnerships that will cover his laziness in defence. Kind of like a really shittier version of Mitchell at souths - who the club has (probably rightfully) decided he can be fat and lazy because he’s so good when he does get involved.

Well that rules out every team in the NRL then.

He wishes, even Perry in the Magpies outfit of 1999 was more active in his duties then this overpaid overrated plodder.
