I love Hodges but if he played for another team I would hate his guts.
I mean 90% of oppositions fans I know can't stand Hodges where as every Broncos fan I know (in real life) loves Hodges.
I can't stand ANY Storm player but if Slater came to the Broncos I would like him because he's in the Broncos colours and Slater is not a scum like Bird...

If we do sign Slater I will find a way to cheer him on. It won't happen over night but it might happen. Much prefer Inglis though.

Ennis is another good example. Loved him at the Broncos even though he didn't fit within the club's ethos. Don't quite hate him yet but I'm sure I will. He's pretty much the biggest grub in the game (on field that is - seems like a nice chap off-field).

I actually met Hodgo at the races once a couple of years ago and was surprised how much of a non-wanker he was in real life. Seemed like quite a genuinely nice guy, or was at least happy to have a bit of a chat to a broncos fan.
He was however with Shaun Berrigan, who was being a complete tool, so maybe this made Hodges out to seem better than he actually was.
Hdoges and Berrigan in the same place at the same time - HodgoBerro would have loved it
