Apparently we don't know how to tackle. **** this bullshit.

bigger problem is we know how to tackel but we don't turn up prepared to tackle..

Our 3 worst losses have been against the Knights and Warriors..

[quote="Bucking Beads":hiw152ma]once again it is not the loss it self that hurts but the way it happened I mean 36-0 zip is just horseshit IMO

What happened to all that positiveness crap?

Anyone who thinks we can win games against quality opposition without Locky is delusional, this includes Ivan Henjak.

36-4 we know the result, nobody can put a positive spin on it. Your just a giant turd burger.

Yeah eat me dickhead. At least some of us have a clue.[/quote:hiw152ma]

just wow, your so keen to write the team off without Lockyer and its as if your happy when your right, please explain to me the Rabbits game! Also Lockyer not playing is not an excuse for a lose of the magnitude of tonights game[/quote:hiw152ma]

No I'm not happy, I'm just sick of the same thing happening year after year. EVERYTIME he gets injured we fall to bits, so whos fault is this? I blame the coaching staff, no other team in the competition plays this badly when one of their key players is missing. The club really has to wake up. I'm also sick of being feed bullshit by the coaching staff and the players, although the players are excusable, they are just dead shit footy players with no brains. The coaching staff on the other hand I expect to have a clue.

Souths were missing 3 or 4 key players, they are also the worst defensive side in the comp. Souths also don't qualify as quality opposition, IMO.

Win or lose could we have cared a little more about the all important for and against points that will make us or break us next week ?

We are all sick of it, I think it is all in the mind for the players though. Also nobody ever seems to want to step up when Lockyer isn't playing.

caught the last 10mins of the game, was at work and gettin' texts throughout, didnt check'em till I was walking to my car...my partner and in laws were at the game, they havent come home yet [icon_frown I guess ill hear all the crap she copped whilst at the game...

hate losing especially to the Warriors...what was Wallace doing on the sideline late in the game? [eusa_doh

goodbye season 2010

This is hard to say, but the club really needs to look to the future and forget about Lockyer. We rely on him far too much, god knows what will happen when he retires... maybe some of these other players will get use to it and start actually playing like first graders.

you are not saying anything most people here won't agree with.

I've seen more than enough...

There is absolutely no direction in this team, and with or without Locky, we wouldn't have had a chance tonight.
I blame two things for this:

- Very youthful team, who is overwhelmed and has no idea how to fight through adversity.
- A clueless coach, who has been able to ride the wave of talent he has at his disposal, but has no idea about defence, tactics or motivation.

I'm disappointed at this result and our current form, and I’m worried about next season with IH at the helm of an incredibly talented, but young team!

Funny enough, we're probably still going to be a chance for the finals next week against the Raiders, unless they beat the Cows by some unreal margin.

Dunno if its been raised yet, but WTF is with Gillet of late?! About a month ago he was head and shoulders our only attacking weapon along with folau, but the last 4 games have been nothing short of dreadful from him. He put down so many balls tonight and that chip kick he tried was horrible. He was looking like a stand out for rookie of the year a few weeks ago but now is looking out of his depth :(

I think Gillett, Te'o and Thaiday have been poor since the cowboys game. Gillett has been goign for the speculator a bit too much IMO

Same thing that is wrong with half of them.

They are kids. This is what kids do. They will learn and develop if everyone just takes a chill pill and accepts we have to rebuild like everybody else.

I agree.

I don't know if any team would have beaten this Warriors team in Auckland tonight.

AWESOME GAME.

Jnr Warriors & Top side showed a dominate display of football , semi final intensity for both sides.

Sorry Broncos, looks like the BUCK STOPS HERE 19 - 1 icon_thumbs_u .

Meet up with three Brisbane supports who came over for the game, they loved it even thou they lost. Atmosphere was brillant.

Final football here we come.

In the end I decided to watch it.

Our defence was weak as piss and we just don't have the forwards to match it. The players we did have that could aren't playing to that level we know they can and it's killing us.

Positive signs...

Hoffman and Winter both played well I thought.

Folau looked good

Hunt did some good things out at halfback. If Wallace is out next week I reckon he'll go a lot better than he did against the Knights all those months ago.

McGuire also wasn't too bad, although his stats. don't seem to agree.

Aside from that, we've turned back the clock to the start of the season and well it stinks.

Gould nailed it: our forwards were dominated, our defense was weak and our young brigade have seemingly run out of puff.
