Slater has, IMO after this series, eclipsed Lockyer as a fullback at origin level. he was just absolutely outstanding in games 1 and 3. he mustve gone VERY close to player of the series.

At ORIGIN level I give it some merit but not as a FB in total. Don't get me wrong, he's the best FB I've seen since D Locky. Hands down. I've gained so much respect for Slater as a player. JT/SMITH/SLATER would be first pick for a team draft and I think I'd go Slater tbh. Definitely MOTM for game 3, and was QLD's MVP this series IMO.
