State Of Origin - General Discussion

Hodges was Walters choice for the Broncos assistant job if he got it. No surprises here

Any clue what we're going to do in the back line next year with no Slater & Holmes? I don't want to see Chambers ever again either. Ponga is reportedly playing 6 next season.. I suppose Munster at Fullback and Morgan or Milford at 6 is plausible if they're actually playing good footy next year. Oates would have to be the favourite for the left wing.. Not sure about right centre..

1. ?
2. ?
3. Inglis (c)
4. ?
5. Gagai
6. Munster
7. Cherry-Evans

I mean Ponga is a certainty... Probably be
1. Ponga
2. Oates
3. Inglis
4. Chambers (I know he hasn't been great but I don't think there is anyone else?)
5. Gagai
6. Munster
7. DCE

Other option would be Gagai at centre and Feldt / Edrick Lee or something on wing. But I personally think Gagai sucks at centre.

Munster or Ponga at 1, milf at six, Morgan at four. Not sure about vacant wing, whoever is in form I guess.

I wouldn't play Ponga at 1 unless he is playing there on a regular basis for the Knights

Yeah I can see that, but he is a natural fullback, and probably the best option qld have, unless Boyd can get back to his best. Qld are stacked with fullbacks turned five eights in an effort to replicate Locky.
