Agreed, otherwise I might actually spend the cash on it.Not a fan. The odd Harry Sack missile-targeting HUD is just weird.

Still waiting on a decent regular season jersey lol. Bought all the heritage ones since they started doing them, as they've been awesome, but haven't bought a regular season jersey since 2000 because they've all been terrible. This years home/away jerseys are the worst and most boring NRL jerseys I've ever seen.
Yeh I think I'll have to pickup the 92 and 93 retro jerseys. My originals are a bit old and small for me now lol.Same, just get the 92 retro jersey and be done with it I say - it will never be topped.
yeh it's very annoying. being called "on field replicas" youd expect them to actually be replicas, but they're never the same. They all miss the different materials usually found under the arms and sides (where the ball gets tucked for extra grip) and the "piping" like the old 1998 jersey had from up the side to under the arms to across the shoulders/chest.How come the jersey's are never an exact copy? There is always one or two things different.

I get all that, but they shouldn't call them "on field replicas" when they're not in fact replicas of the on-field jerseys. This is because it's much much cheaper to manufacture a simple, standard cut sublimate jersey in a standard fabric.
The on field jerseys are usually made from a lighter weight stretchier fabric with panelling, stick grip and embroidered logos, and heat pressed sponsor logos making it more expensive at manufacturing level.
There is also the fact that the average punter doesn't have a body like Daniel Vidot and needs a standard cut jersey to wear, as opposed to the match fit.
CCC used to offer both cuts for sale and could never sell the match jerseys as they were too tight, and bloody expensive!
The retail price of replica jerseys is absolutely extortionate!
Why are the U20's Jerseys better than the first grade ones?
By default, because the first grade ones suck. I hate the giant logo one. And the home jersey looks like a training jersey.
