Bellamy just struck back by re-signing one of their rookies on a 5 year 2.5 mill deal. Take that NRL

Likely / almost certain / done deals so far. It is going to be an old pack but that doesn't matter as they will set the standard for the kids underneath.

Yeah, that’s what intrigues / worries me .. once Bellamy interrogates those talented youngsters, coats them in his magic saliva & sprinkles them in Storm fairy dust, it’s all over

You can only sign whats available so if the best talent is older guys i think you take them, on the right length contracts, but i wouldnt be signing many more older players. I think the rest of their pack will be younger guys.

I'm expecting another 4 signings on the way in the next few weeks for them

The signings so far are old but also very good standard setters, they are smart signings. Now they also need a back leader, someone who can set the standards there like a Gagai for example.

If Brisbane want him he will stay. The titans will offer ridiculous money but with Fifita still there they wont be competing with 3.5 mill locked up on two forwards no matter how good they are. As for the roosters, they wont pay 1.5 mill for a prop. They don't even pay that for Tedesco. Payne will want top dollar before third party deals

Howarth. such an intriguing kid- so much potential and I thought last year would be massive for him but he only managed five ISC games.

My thoughts haven't changed from during last year. Just need to get him to play some football and I would be moving him to backrow.

Howarth while I think he's talented is still unknown, he had hamstring problems all this year and played no football-five games in the centre and I am still unsure why they are mucking around with him at centre. He's a backrow and that's where he played for Queensland and Australia- Storm will be trying to find out in '22 where he is best suited. He's a great bench option. I can't see them letting him ago until they have solved some unanswered questions.

Yeah, these guys will instantly give the Dolphins NRL team some old boys to set the standards at training post-retirement. Club culture in a can.

I can see the likes of Hunt, Milford, Wallace, Lodge, Macca all ending up at the Dolphins, and if so, it'll turn into a retirement home. Then once Wayne is off contract he will retire and the place will be left a shambles.
The only decent signing I can see them making in 2022 is Ponga. I think if the Knights have the year (spoonish) that many are predicting for this season, the coin will be too good for Ponga to say no to.
If not, I 100% hope Isaako is their FB. For once I won't cringe watching him at FB.
