Mentioned that Kev and Wayne would often butt heads, just like a father and son, but had a great working relationship. Also of interest was Steve's following observation:

"I saw Jack Bird give Kev a big hug the other day at training, a small thing that said a lot. They will miss Kevin's upbeat and endearing personality and I know the players want to play for him because of who he is and what he has achieved. He has their respect. My prediction is Kevin will one day return to the Broncos as the head coach, and he will still be in contact with Wayne and debating ideas when he does".

It was so refreshing to hear Kevvie say that the players should be representing the people of Brisbane and the fans and not just their families and themselves. I am very happy to have Kevvie back at the Broncos. Loved him as a player for both the Broncos and Queensland. Looking forward to him being the coach of this great club and I hope he will be able to get this bunch of snowflakes acting like men again... if Kevvie cant do it no one can. I am just going to put 2020 behind me and look forward to 2021. Welcome home mate.

I really hope he does well, but sadly for him I see it all ending in tears. I just dont think he is a good head coach. Our issue is after the Seibold stuff up, we pretty were only left with Walters as our only real option.
