I think Kevvies passion is exactly what we need, it will take time to turn this around and next year could still be hard but I think the players will respond to Kevvie in a good way.
And who knows how it could have shaped locky’s mentality as well. If Milford reaches out to locky, he may have gotten a spark for coaching and we might have seen him around training a lot more. What a shame..
I've always hoped Locky would take over from Alf as 14th man, I mean on field trainer.
I think it’s a great idea and I think he would be an amazing mentor for any young man, but the islander boys specifically could really get a lot out of him being more involved.Hearing Petero will be coming on as an assistant to Kevvie. Please don't quote me as cannot confirm 100%, just what have heard from someone.
Will be glorious if it happens though.

Not to mention Petero stood up for Payne when whichever Walker brother was being a gronk online.Oh exactly mate. A man of few words is Petero. He would only have to look at someone a certain way and it would be scary enough lol. Certainly would have a few of our powderpuff forwards shitting themselves if they continued putting in half-arsed efforts at training and in the heat of battle.

Sensational to hear that, Giles was a major part of the Broncos early success.Bit of goss guys, and this I can confirm 100%. Kev is currently collaborating with former Broncos Director of Performance, Kelvin Giles. For any of you younger blokes, Giles is an extremely highly experienced and qualified high performance trainer and goes back many many years with WB and the club, where he spent 6 years whipping lazy bastards into peak physical condition. He has his own consultancy these days, Movement Dynamics. He will be putting together Kev's high performance team. This guy is a fitness guru in terms of elite athletic performance.
This is a really smart move by Kev.

Any chance Corvo could be recruited ?
Dunno about Corvo mate. But I certainly trust Kelvin Giles to help Kev put a top-notch high performance team together.
I don't know where you're getting your info FIH, but I would be absolutely stoked to have Petero involved with the squad.
One of the greatest people to have played rugby league, not just as a player, but as a person as well. A true legend, and a gentleman.
