I think Defour is pretty good, gonna ages before he can replace alonso in terms of quality tho (if ever).

City continue pounding us with increased bids for lescott, its a joke.

Yeh, thats how it seems. I wished he had conveyed that little tidbit a little earlier than the eve of the premiership season. Moysey is still saying no tho, so i hope city come over the top with a ludicrously high bid. As much as I like him, Lescott ain't the defender City seem to think he is.

Aquilani is brilliant IMO. He tore up madrid in the CL last time, but then everyone else did too.

Probably a little overpriced, but that's how it is these days for English players.

Crouchy also joins Spurs for 9m.
 
Bent actually signed for 10million but it could rise to 16.5 million depending on goals scored, European appearances and international appearances. It's probably the only way we could get that wankstain Levy to sell. It's not our fault the yids overpaid for him.

Chasing Lucas Neill as well now i see.
 
Yeah I'm not sure what to think about possibly signing Neill. He has been very hot and cold for west ham and I think his best days might well be behind him. That said, our current first choice is Phil Bardsley, so Neill would surely do a better job than him lol
 
Neill was outstanding for West Ham the back half of last season.
