He is a machine, what a beautiful turn that was. Pity about the two pretty dodgy sending offs as the Pool deserved to go through without the controversy. I don't think either of the fouls by Materazzi were cards and I only think one of Burdisso's was definately a card, ruined it for me as a bit of a neutral but the better side did advance.

Can't believe we only managed two goals the other morning completley dominated from start to finish and then lost in a shoot out. Ohhh well, now we can put all our focus on finishing 4th.

Trust the fucking Mancs and Chavs to get an easy draw. One of em will **** it up though.

Barca could not have drawn better especially without Messi. Shalke unlike Fener are unlikely to score a lot of goals which we might like in Messi's absense.

Nah not at all they are a solid team, however of all the remaining sides I see them having the least goals in them and with Messi out of both legs facing a side which may only need 2 or 3 goals rather than 5 or 6 to eliminate, I see them as Barca's ideal draw. I really think Roma will knock them out this time, Man U are in ordinary form and Roma are flying and the EPL race is just so tense right now that the players will be getting physically and mentally smashed.

They will run rings around them and/or anyone they face however actually scoring the goals to go through may be another story, especially with Messi out they NEED Henry to get in the mood despite the different system and less focus on him he needs to take his moments when they come.

Henry's a huge dissapointment, one of the worst players in Barcelona at the moment, the barca fans hate him, but today's draw against Almeria was oh so sweet, just when you guys had the chance to really close the gap on us. :mrgreen:

Yeah very ordinary, well we all know what Henry can do and we all know how disappointing he has been (although he is generally played in a different role and isn't the be all and end all of the attack like he was at Arsenal) He has to turn it on in the next month along with Ronny for Barca to do the treble or for them to come close anyway.
