The Storm.

OK, This is what I have been trying to explain. You may understand this, or it may be an epic fail..lolz.

This is the typical Bronco backline movement we see every single game

This is the 2 together. IMO, our movement would be sut down when the half attepts to offload or the Fullback or centre get a medicine ball with defence right in their face.

This is the cut out ball I suggest. Risky, as it would be a long ball, across the face of 3 defenders, but there would be massive room in behind the backline if the winger catches it.

A grubber in behind (or chip kick if 15/20 metres out) would also expose the space in behind the defensive line.

Anyone understand it? What do you think are negatives?

I think the grubber idea has merit. Kick in behind them early in the game to make the defence second guess themselves. If they start to hang back, run the ball and catch them on the back foot.

But whatever the Broncos do, they have to have variation. If we just use the second man play over and over and over again we won't get anywhere.

Jesus, some of you guys make them out to be as if they are completely indestructable. They are not. They are definitely beatable in the finals. Especially considering the way Bellamy coaches, he tends to bring out something close to the players best week in, week out, and there isn't much room for lifting for the finals, unlike us. We can (and should) lift quite a few levels once the finals start.

Undestructable maybe not but gees they are certainly going to be one hard team to knock off in the Finals.
We will have to play way above ourselves imo. As will any other team if the Storm are on their game which they very rarely aren't..
Brilliant team. Not as good as our sides of the 90.s but they are great to watch.
