Yeah Kimmorley has little man syndrome when he commentates. Just seems so angry about everything. Alexander is my least favourite commentator.

Alexander is the worst. He has the dumbest ideas too. Went on endlessly yesterday about how it should be six again because the ball was kicked into a player trying to put pressure on the kicker. Even went so far to say that if you're playing the kicker you're also playing the ball.

Jimmy Smith is the best colour commentator on Fox Sports. Doesn't add a lot of excitement to the game, but talks a lot of sense and is the only commentator who can keep up with Vossy.

Matt Head. Purely from a bias point of view though. I don't think I've listened to a game where he is involved where he hasn't called for a Broncos player to be sent off.

The problem with the current crop is the highly knowledgeable ones are boring. It's all about excitement these days, but Hadley and Gilbert do not bring that.

Time to bring in some new blood.

Hadley is painful, Gilbert seems out of his depth.

I reckon Matt Thompson (who calls the Intrust Super Cup) does a pretty good job. Knows the game but comes up with a bit Vossy-type random stuff. Think he's done a few NRL games here and there.

Also, the bloke who hosts the pre-game panel segment on a Friday night (Cam someone?) isn't too slick either.

Hmm, too much negativity.

Bring back Vossy on FTA and all is solved!

Pretty sure he did the Rabbits game in Cairns the other week yeah?

As much as I despise Hadley, he's generally accurate with his try/no try calls. But his 'back and away' and ''position x'-three-quarter' & 'acting half' drive me insane.

I still think Rabs is quality when he's not arguing with Gus or jizzing himself over the Burgii/RTS/any sydney player or team ever.

Vossy is best overall despite his Kiwi allegiances in recent years (can't really blame the bloke though as Sky were the only guys giving him a gig apart from ISC)

Always wondered what happened to Thompson after he called the 2008 NYC season. Thought he had plenty of potential and could out-perform Raymond and Braybrook but then he just disappeared. He would have done a better job than Gilbert the other night but personally I can only tolerate him in small doses.

Largely because when he commentates....

Fox Sports commentators aren't bad, I like a few of them.

Andrew Voss, Warren Ryan, Sterlo, Jimmy Smith, Belcher are all acceptable.

Ray Warren is the only 9 commentator I like, and that's only when he's not paired with Gould, I'd actually rather them give Yvonne a cast than Hadley / Gilbert, at least she's not a potato.
