Good to see so many Broncos represent but gee I'm not confident of our chances at all!

At last years national schoolboys carnival we probably had one of our worst showings, don't think a year is going to change that!

The loss of Brenko Lee really hurts our chances too.

We seem to have fair few Broncos in under 18's every year don't we? It certainly is encouraging but we just need to see them develop into quality NRL players.

2012 was the one year Queensland won.

Essentially, yes.

When Queensland have more options to choose from and don't rely on one club to produce their talent, naturally they're going to be a stronger outfit.

I believe certain players are there due to a lack of options and are getting a shot before their time.

Don't get me wrong, there are definitely players there that deserve their spot eg. Ofahengaue, Arrow, Berrell, Byrnes etc. but that figure of 10/17 I believe embellishes how much talent we have and I wouldn't be surprised to see the Maroons endure another high score.

Nope he went to school in Ipswich. I played in the school league team alongside Luke Bateman though, he is such a great bloke.
