Stay classy Gal. Fucking grub, showing how "mates" back each other down there in The Shire.
I just really can’t see Bird being put into lock when we have such a good pack and he isn’t needed there.
Look how Radley has added another dimension to the rotters. That's what we would get from Bird IMO, and he is a better footballer than Radley.
Radley has a great hit on him and can see him being bigger than bird when he fills out.

That's what I took from it.I don't think that's what Gallen meant. I think he's just speaking in general terms. Not Broncos v Sharks.
Phil Gould questioned why Bird would leave a club he was comfortable at and criticised the modern-day fascination of players demanding to be put in certain positions rather than just doing what was best for the team.
Gallen agreed, saying the lure of team success should count for more than the appeal of getting your hands on the ball more often.
“When you get in an environment, you have to play the position that suits the team,” Gallen said. “Wherever you want to play, it doesn’t matter. You play the position that is best for the team to get the result.
“At the end of the day, everyone loves a winner.
“What would Jack rather do — play lock or five-eigth and score two or three tries a game and lose? Or play in a team that’s winning every week and playing semi-final football? That’s what you’d rather be doing.”
Gus is critiquing the modern player and wanting to play certain positions- Gal for me is clearly agreeing and adding- do what's best for the team and what would you rather do play your preferred position in a losing team or wing in a winning team.
He's isn't inferring the Broncos aren't a winning team just saying modern players choose the personal preference over team too much.
He should have stayed general not said Jack. But I think his intent was general warning about picking personal preference.
No, it wouldn't have any impact on Gallen.Imagine if we win the premiership and bird gets a ring on his first year. Bit of egg of gallens face? Dare to dream
Buzz is no doucheHe may be back at the Sharks next season, but I doubt it is because of the sole reason he attended a Sharks game in Sydney while his team were in Sydney for the weekend. Buzz is a douche, and has grown douchier as the season has gone on.
