Wallace in doubt for the Raiders Game?

Most of it is about Bellamy questioning the refs calls, but the part I am worried about is the last paragraph in relation to Wallace.

Did he really hurt himself? Did anyone notice it on TV or at the ground?

I really hope this isnt the case, because we desperately need him on Sunday! He is crucial to our chances now that Locky is out for a bit. [icon_pray. [icon_pray.

Yeah, I hope he doesn't miss it either. But still, I think we can beat the Raiders without him - it's not like their playmaking options will be any better. Plus with Hunt, Thaiday and Hannant to hopefully return, we should be pretty sweet for the next game. Hunt will add in attack whatever Stagg takes away.

That is a loss straight up, Stagg and Perry in the halves!

Raiders playmakers arent too bad, Carney carries alot of the burden though. Tongue at 5/8 is a strange selection but may work out well for them.

Canberra are tough to beat at home, thats why we need our best possible squad going down there.

He has 3 days to recover, hopefully thats enough! [icon_pray.

I doubt we'll win if Wallace doesn't play. Based on how they played against the Dragons (ie the non existant attack), they''ll struggle. Hunt is pretty much useless if he doesn't have a 5/8 or halfback feeding him the ball.

Don't underestimate Canberra, they usually play a very attacking style of football when playing at home.

If those 3 players play, we can score a max of 12 - 14 points instead of 6, and with Hunt at the back, his defensive organizing helps out team a lot, so i don't think the Raiders could really score many points either. Even with Perry, I think we can win, but it depends on how our Hunt, Hannant and Thaiday pull up.

I was in the Northern stand when Wallace got dragged. To be honest I thought he was pulled so Gidley could go to halfback, he didn't seem to be limping or anything but I don't have X-Ray vision.

I'd agree - it seemed Bellamy was setting him up to be dropped for game 3 which suits me fine!

IMO Perry would be a better option in the no.6 then STAGG, sure hes not that great but I reckon he'd do a much better job than stagg at 5/8.

I don't think we automatically lose without Wallace. BUT, when you add him to no Lockyer and Hodges, and possibly no Hunt...ouch.

I don't think he'd have an issue depending on what sort of injury it was. Probably just general soreness as opposed to something specific.
