You’d be shocked to know the percentage of helicopter pilots who have been high

What about a helicopter? Is there a loophole there?
Not covered by Queensland legislation. It is covered by the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1988 (Cth)

Reg 137.300
Pilot to be fit for duty
(1) The pilot must not commence an application operation if he or she is not fit for duty.

Penalty: 25 penalty units.

Or operating a train, tram, vessel, other wheeled vehicle (including a pedal car or tricycle) or a horse.
Yup, didn't have time to quote the charge in full or all the averments... 😄

Admittedly didn't watch him play today but stats look decent.

57 mins
2 x try assist
1 x tackle bust
1 x line break assist

Don't know if he got hooked or why he went off after 57 mins.

Rib injury. Left the field and the warriors were up by 14.

When it got closer he was asking to get back on the field but Jones said no.

I actually loved seeing his obvious desire to get back out on the field, just his confidence that he could make the difference in golden point (and he probably wasn't wrong because Warriors). His first assist was a beaut of a face ball pass to Arthars, his second was a flukey flick pass that just happened to come off.

In Qld, no. Possession, production, supply or trafficking only. Unless you are driving a motor vehicle. Then driving whilst having a relevant drug present (in your system) is an offence.
Thanks Jason, exactly as I stated several times.

While we're on the topic, if an honest citizen were to suspect a skateboarding delinquent were in the possession of an illegal drug, and they need to do a citizen's arrest, what's your recommended choke hold to employ?

We do not employ choke holds nor do we recommend them.

We employ the lateral vascular neck restraint, thank you very much...

Looks something like this...

Blood choke can render an opponent unconscious in a few seconds if executed correctly .

Standing head and arm choke is a goodn . Get chest to chest , Put your head under their arm pit and drive up . Pinning their arm against their neck .Your head and arm pins the opponent`s arm against their own carotid artery . Then the other arm goes around their neck on the other side and blocks the other carotid artery stopping blood flow to the brain ,and nighty night .

Unless the person that is being attempted to be restrained already knows Ju Jitsu in which case you are in a whole lot of trouble . LOL .
