unless you think Wayne Bennett is the saviour of this footy club, you must be ... there seems to be no alternatives. people assume if you don't want Bennett back you must want Griffin to stay.
FTR, 1 good performance from the Knights does not make a season. but if it makes you guys happy to continue this negative attitude all the time go right ahead ... but i certainly couldn't live like that

he didn't sound it during the pre-game show when they asked him about it. in fact it sounded like he was doing his best to be diplomatic and try to show the board were united in their decision ... but i wouldn't expect anything less from the great man. the consummate professional

That Lockyer interview really shows how fed-up he was with Griffin. Especially his continued reference to the board as opposed to we (not a single time did he say anything that remotely indicated he was on board with this), is evidentiary proof that he was completely sold on the idea... :laugh:
