I am scared, but I also am confident (blind faith) that we're gonna have a great game and get back to our winning ways. People forget how good a team we can be at our best.

I get the feeling the dolphins will treat this as their GF, but I'm not sure we will treat it as much more than a Saturday night game.... even though it is a local derby in front of a sell out crowd, and we should be fired up as **** to destroy them.

We know that Haas and Patty will stand up, but they'll need friends.

Oates will bring his usual mountain of run meters, but we need him to leave the dick fingers behind and cut out any unforced errors. Also need him to finish off any chance that comes his way.

I hope Kobe gets a huge amount of minutes for this game... he is a great middle forward that has been hugely under-utilised so far this year .

We need Staggs to be on it this game in defence and getting involved in yardage sets to bring some intensity.

And finally Reyno... I feel with Walsh out it will fall onto him to carry the team. Last time we played without Walsh he went up a gear and took over the game. His running game was getting him through the line and he kicked them to death. If Reynolds is on we should win... if he's off or if the game plan is to run the attack through someone else then we could be in trouble.

If the attitude across the board is shit, then we could get 30 put on us.
Reyno gets man of the match today. I think he knows how bad he played last week and will really stand up.

Walsh was so erratic last week, even more than usual. I think they’ll benefit from Sailor’s calmness today and Williston’s enthusiasm. I would love to see Mariner get a run though but don’t think he will unless they shift Staggs to second row and that hasn’t been spoken about at all.

I think if we can stick with them for the first 50-60 mins, can run over them late.

Interesting timing: extending Tristan while Reece is in the doghouse. I'm looking forward to seeing what he brings.

Yep, that's my call as well. Last week was on him, including not reigning in Walsh's big head. If he wants to extend his career, he can't be on one week and off the next.

Also Selwyn needs a big one - at least 2 tries - if he wants back into the QLD team.

Unless there's an injury, I don't see Cobbo getting back in the qld team this year.

I think Brisbane's edge is in for a torrid night. Foran and Fifita were too much last week and set up beautifully. Dragging in defenders and making holes and spacing.

Piakura and Willison are big question marks. I have been talking about Willison's defence since school but he's completely untested on an edge making those decisions.

Willison one on one with halves should be interesting. Norths have done it a bit where they attack on the back of his runs if he can stay on his hands and knees the line is in big trouble. His runs don't necessarily make huge ground but if you're smart you can make ground/breaks after him.

Dolphins use Bromwich and short passing on the edge with Val, it's going to be decision time big time.

They have to stop the ground war and put less pressure on those edges. Teams are going too far in sets.

We should win since technically we’re not playing at home.

We were lucky to pull the win out earlier in the year, I think they could pull our pants down today.

On the plus side when we kick the shit out of The tonight, we'll get some peace around here as you'll go back into hiding
I’m never hiding. You probably don’t even go to any games.
