Wonder if the poor sod is just in the closet himself and over-compensating.

Folau has officially been terminated by the ARU, for the record.

There's no chance the NRL welcome him back anyway, not with all of the public image issues in the last 18 months, they won't even consider it.

Good riddance, don’t get me wrong we’re all entitled to our beliefs but for ffs when you represent your country as regularly as he does, you’d think it would be commonsense to keep any hateful homophobic speech to yourself and off social media.

Deadset dickkkhead

The ex always said she thought he was actually. Might just be the soft spoken voice though

The logical fit is the Cowboys, they need a fullback and X-factor.

ARL won’t allow sacked Israel Folau to rejoin the NRL

Israel Folau will not be able to seek refuge in rugby league after ARL Commission chairman Peter Beattie declared there was no place for the code hopper in the game.
Rugby Australia signalled its intent to terminate the outspoken star’s $4 million contract on Thursday night, having failed to establish contact with him since his homophobic social media posts on Wednesday night.
While nine NRL clubs have the financial means to sign Folau, the governing body has ruled out even allowing them to attempt to take a risk on the controversial star.
“Israel Folau doesn’t pass our inclusive test,” Beattie said.
There had been speculation the NRL may support rugby’s stance and flatly deny Folau a place in the game because of the potential backlash from fans and sponsors.
Greenberg spoke with a number of influential rugby league figures last night, and it’s understood he will want to interview Folau personally before making any decision.
Greenberg declined to comment on the Folau drama last night but is expected to front the media today.
Folau has come under fire for social media posts around his devout yet controversial religious beliefs.
North Queensland were among the early contenders for Folau, given they are desperate for a recognised fullback after sacking Ben Barba on the eve of the season and this week missing out on NFL-bound Valentine Holmes.
Player agents told The Daily Telegraph that Canberra, Canterbury, Wests Tigers, North Queensland, South Sydney, Newcastle, New Zealand Warriors, St George Illawarra and Parramatta would have the necessary cash to land Folau.
But he will not have been able to command the $1 million a season he was on in rugby. NRL list managers believe Folau would be a centre, rather than a fullback, and valued him at a $700,000- to $800,000-a-season player.
The fear was Folau no longer possessed the aerobic ability to play fullback in rugby league anymore.
He would be deemed expensive at $800,000 for a centre. The only other centre earning a similar amount would be Brisbane’s Jack Bird.
South Sydney could also have $1 million in their salary cap should an injury-hit Greg Inglis retire, while Newcastle had enough money to chase Brisbane star Tevita Pangai Jr.
It is understood Parramatta still have around $600,000 remaining in their salary cap, while St George Illawarra could have a similar amount in salary cap dispensation from the Jack de Belin court case.
Canterbury are also keen to sign a marquee player.

Good, **** him completely for posting that shit to social media let alone actually believing it.

There is an article on the courier mail website about a possible bronco taking Inglis spot at south. Who is it?

Someone mentioned Roberts recently, could be him. He's originally from Souths right?

Apparently the nrl won't medically retire inglis and his salary will have to be on the cap for this year and next lolz
