Has the soapy balls at training backfired? Players getting too used to dropping balls, expect it and it’ll happen without trying

I have noticed that we still don't have plays ready on both sides a lot of the time when on the attack. We've gotten away with it because the forwards have dominated in the middle, but again, this shows the lack of a half or proper structure.

A team like the Storm always has their halves ready to attack on pretty much any given tackle at any given time. Like Craig Wing said in an article, it makes it easier for the forwards too, as it stretches the defence.

Is there a rift between Macca and milf? It’s that or he can’t actually pass left! Bad Macca, macca is bad

Haas 41 in base stats for SuperCoach. That’s fucking godly for a 19yo in his first 30 minutes of footy for the year

He has looked threatening all night, he has looked pretty good so far this year but because he isn't Cronk (and paid less than half as much), he gets an unfair bad wrap. Credit where it is due, he has been really good thus far and if his teammates could catch would probably have one or two more try assists.

Everything he does just screams impact player. It’s his calling. Just wish the powers that be would embrace it

Nikorima has been ok I thought, but realistically he shouldn't have had half as many touches as he's had.

It only really just dawned on me, but not only is McCullough's service absolute puss, his decision making is just as bad, we had multiple sets on their line and they've looked extremely vulnerable on the Milford/Bird/Oates side of the field, so what does he do for 2 sets in a row? Dummy and run, slow service to the right hand side of the field, short ball to prop, short ball to prop, verging on forward short ball to Lodge which he drops.

??????????????????????

He's actually fucking putrid.

There was one set where Macca was MIA and Boyd kept taking over dummy half duties. And the set was fast and forward were marching up field with ease.

Macca's awareness has always been his biggest problem. I thought it was his passing in the past, but he absolutely can throw some nice quick ones sometimes. Maybe he just has no idea and that drags it out for longer?

FMD Macca is so bad. How can you not pass better than that when all you do is practice it.

Staggs did a shit job of protecting Isaako as well. We are just not good at the basics.
