Is Dugan really a dick though? I mean as far as I know he hasn't assaulted anybody or been arrested.

Frankly the real issue is that he is injured every second week and between him and hodges you might get 25 games a year.

He drinks vodka cruisers. He's a dick.

Just got word that Dugan could end up possibly at either the Bulldogs or Broncos. The barber we both visit gave me the inside word. Credible source.. he cuts hair for many raiders and players from other clubs here. Surely we can beat bulldogs offer.. but do we want to?

And yes, he is a dick. Very up himself even since before under 20s.

sign him up.

you all know i dont give 2 $hits about a players personal life. we just freaking need someone with that 'x factor' in attack. we've got no speed, no footwork, nothing.

try and get his mate ferguson while we're at it, make it a package deal. they can have wallace and norman.

SIGN DUGAN. DO IT!
He'd be great for us, he will give us exactly what we're missing in the back, speed, skill and some playmaking.

Why would Dugan go to the Dogs, to play wing? Dogs won't move Barba. If he comes to us he's guaranteed the fullback position for as long as he wants it. A signing like Dugan could turn this season from no hope to a real premiership chance.

Get Ferguson as well, I agree with AP there! Two excellent backline players in positions we sorely need. If we have both I'd say we're a genuine premiership threat.

Just so you guys know, Dugan has played less games in the last 2 years than Hodges because of injury.

He's more injury prone than Hodges... think about that.

hes made of glass, no doubt.

but with our current lineup, and having kept paying hodges the big bucks to sit on the sideline for so many years, i think its a risk we need to take.

apparently st george were after dugan before he re-signed, so theyd be after him if/when hes sacked.

on that norman article - "A move to Parramatta would put Norman among the highest-paid players in the game."

what. the. fudge. what idiot from parramatta green-lit that? lol

the problem with dugan is can brisbane fix his attitude. i can accept he is made of glass and therefore its a risk but i'd be willing to take it based on his ability, but yes his work ethic is what worries me. if we sign him and the club can beat the right attitude into him then i'm all for it.

i 100% believe he (and any other player) can be turned around with the right guidance (basically just a few good kicks up the ass). as long as the club realises he will need the right work put in to him to get the reward.

look how well big willie is going at the knights.

As Vertigo said, Dugan is really injury prone. And I don't think he's that good to begin with.

Probably the same idiot who signed Sandow on 550k a season.

I'm gonna get my haircut on the weekend, I'll let you know any big signing news I hear.

If the bulldogs get Dugan then there is officially no Salary cap

Doubt they will. Barba will be back at training in a few weeks. Dugan is more likely to go to the Dragons IMO.

barba is back at training this weekend
