Very very happy with that. We played that game very well, to win 22-6 when we had such little possession is very impressive.

Defense was solid though the Dragons didn't throw anything at us. Gillett, Glenn and Hannant were all strong.

yes very happy. huge effort to defend our asses off. and then the energy to put it away. sure the dragons arent the best team but we needed that for our confidence. with three down injured we could of folded there but they dug in and that was the best thing about it for me.

hoffman was outstanding. i think he almost turned it for us when he got back to the field of play.

theres plenty to work on, which is fine. 5th tackle options were bad. still question reed at centre.

we'll certainly have our work cut out next week but at least we're on the board!

Hoffman was great yet again. Glenn was impressive, but I have a feeling Griffin is trying to turn him into a metre maker rather than the hole runner he was last year.

Great effort from the boys. Good stuff lads, I needed that after a crap week. Hats off to Norman and Gillett, huge games from those fellas.

What makes it even better, losing McGuire and Hodges and still winning with a 16 point lead especially in an away game. Yeah, Dragons are crap but the effort was there and they didn't give up.

What about Hoffman's effort to get out of ingoal, reminded me somewhat of Carne's effort in the 1992 Grand Final.

Norman, Hoffman, Wallace, Hannant, McCullough, Glenn, Gillett, Parker all deserve massive wraps tonight.

Hodges deserves a special mention for his kick and that surprising chase on Morris. Got a little carried away but denied a certain try.

Honestly, this should be celebrated as one of the club's better wins.

Hodgey - tell us you're alright champ.

i posted above i think that turned it for us. it looked like it lifted the team.

Tremendous win given what happened in the first half. I bagged Hoffman a lot last year but thought he had one of his best game's tonight, that in goal effort was at a crucial time and definitely played a big role. I also thought Norman was very good -- he didn't really do anything outstandingly but his ability to chime into backline moves I thought helped our attack tonight.

Hopefully Hodges and Macguire aren't out for too long.

When Norman put down that bomb I thought "here we go, this is the game where he rules himself out of the team" but as the game wore on and the Broncos needed somebody Norman injected himself quite well. Credit to him and let's hope he can build on it.

Matt Gillett Broncos MotM, well deserved!

Dragons are spoonworthy, I am worried this takes the heat off what still seems to be glaring issues.

We play the Roosters, Storm, Titans & Cowboys before we face another shit team.

Defence was great apart from our kick chases. Great fight and courage to get the win. Not a fan of the shuffle Hook went with when McCullough went off
